About Us
Cairn Healing Rooms is a Christian healing ministry offering free, confidential prayer ministry to non-Christians and Christians of all denominations in Cairns. It is made up of a team of people from different churches throughout the city of Cairns who love Jesus and desire to partner with Him to see the sick healed, the captives set free, and the lost saved in His Name.
The ministry team relies completely on the Holy Spirit for His leading on how to be His hands and feet. We are all about welcoming the presence of God to minister to each person. It is about the love of Jesus and bringing His Kingdom here on earth as it is in Heaven.

Our History
Cairns Healing Rooms was birthed in response to many years of intercessory prayer and proclamation by local prayer warriors. In the early 20th century, a healing room operated in Cairns with many healings and salvations documented. We believe these wells of healing have been reopened and, as a result, a group of Christians united in 2011 to see a rebirthing of the Cairns Healing Rooms.
Our Directors
Tom and Lea Scott are the directors of the Cairns Healing Rooms with Suzanne Hodgson as co-director. Tom and Lea are passionate about seeing people healed, restored, encouraged, and set free through the gentle and powerful ministry of the Holy Spirit. Their vision and deep desire is to see both Christians and non-Christians experience the manifest presence of God and the power of the Holy Spirit to bring healing and wholeness to their lives so they may walk in the fullness of what God has for them. They also have a heart to nurture and raise up Christians who passionately love Jesus and people and walk in Kingdom authority. Through their love, encouragement, and teaching, they provide opportunities for Christians to grow in their gifting and minister the love of God to people.
